Established in 2006, the Brandon Learning Centre is the first and the only English Speaking Board (ESB official Web site: www.esbuk.org) curriculum based communication training centre in Hong Kong. We specialise in public speaking and we have trained foreign and local students from international schools and adult learners from MNCs and prestigious corporate.

The English Speaking Board (ESB), a UK government accredited assessment board has had over 50 years of promoting and encouraging all aspects of oral communication in English since 1953. ESB has grown into an international organisation which assesses extensively in Great Britain, in European countries and throughout the Far East.
