development and maintenance of a company's image. This course teaches how
you can use the media to your advantage to enhance your company's profile,
generate and re-build trust, and minimize impact in the event of a crisis.
Realistic and relevant role-play scenarios tailor-made to your organization

journalist's perspective; cultivating a positive relationship with the media and fostering useful contacts; enhancing your reputation through common
media avenues; building trust and repairing broken trust; how to recognize
opportunities and use them to your advantage; decision-making under
pressure; no-notice interview skills and the vital "ten second grab"; crisis
management; useful media terminology; the importance of image; and
reinforcement mechanisms for lasting results.
Each participant will be given a Brandon Centre workbook to reiterate the
key messages, points and guidelines.

This course is an extension of "Media Training", focusing solely on how to

your advantage; the changing requirements of interviews for print, radio and
television; the power of the "ten, fifteen or twenty second grab"; how to
adapt accordingly to a short-form or long-form interview; coping with

and the importance of image.
Each participant will be given a Brandon Centre workbook to reiterate the
key messages, points and guidelines.

Actor Audition Training
Whether you're a seasoned professional or picking up drama as a new hobby, every actor rehearsing for a part or audition can benefit greatly from
practicing their scene with another trained actor.
Simply bring in your specific scene requirements whether it be a monologue,
duologue or group scene, and our trained acting tutors will help you
rehearse your lines, provide another actor to bounce off, plan movement and
blocking, and provide useful tips on performance and characterization.
Given that often the casting process can be quite dry and soulless, we will
also practice the scene for as long as required, in an environment
reminiscent of what the actor is likely to encounter on the day.
