Brandon Learning Centre was founded by Jessica Ogilvy-Stuart M.Ed., B.A (Hons) and Andrew Cathcart M.A., M.Ed., Dip.Ed (Primary Education), Dip. Ed (Education and Management).
Director
Jessica Ogilvy-Stuart M.Ed., B.A.(Hons), founded the Brandon Learning Centre in 2006 with the dedication to promote effective communication and presentation in all ages. Previously Head of Training, Asia Pacific of Bloomberg LP, Jessica has extensive experience of teaching professional communication and public speaking skills to professionals, coaching executives and leading corporate training. She has studied with the English Speaking Board, Guildhall (now known as Trinity) and Lamda.
Besides the role as the Director of the Brandon Learning Centre, Jessica Ogilvy-Stuart also holds important roles in organisations:
- Board member of Helping Hand
- Board member of Zonta
- Sub-committee member of the Hong Kong Equestrian Federation
- Sports Information Specialist in 2008 Beijing Olympic Equestrian Events
Jessica has been invited by a range of oragnisations to give talks on a variety of topics included 'Sales Strategies' by Thomson Reuters and 'Prepare your child for the entry to UK schools' by Aberdeen Marina Club.
Jessica has been interviewed by publications including Capital Entreprenur, Hong Kong Economic Times, Sing Tao, Ming Pao and Jessica Magazine. She is also a column writer of the Hong Kong Economic Times parents' section.

Mr. Andrew Cathcart has over forty years experience as a Primary School Headmaster and currently lectures in education and study skills at Macquarie University, Sydney. His involvement in the centre is both as a member of our Advisory Board and course facilitator of his successful study skills course. He is also the author of a book to accompany the programme.
