Dr. Jessica Ogilvy-Stuart

Jessica Ogilvy-Stuart, Ph.D., M.Ed., PgDip, B.A. (Hons), founded the Brandon Learning Centre in 2006.

Previously Head of Training, Asia Pacific for Bloomberg LP, Jessica has been based in Hong Kong since 1998. She acts as a consultant for parents and has successfully prepared students for entry to schools in the UK, US and Australia. Jessica is active in a number of charities. Since 2000, she has been an Executive Board member and Chairman of the Fundraising Subcommittee of Helping Hand. During the 2008 Beijing Olympics, she served as a Sub-Committee member of the Hong Kong Equestrian Federation. She has been a Co-opted Board Member for Ocean Park. In 2015, Jessica was the Academic Director of the Duke University TIP programme in Kunshan.

Jessica holds a PhD from University of Durham where she researched the effects of ethos and curriculum on intercultural integration in UK boarding schools. She has advised a number of UK independent schools on their Asia strategies and recruitment. In 2017 Jessica was awarded an Honorary Norham Fellowship at Oxford University. She is a Governor of Downside School and a Trustee of University College Durham Trust.
