Jessica Ogilvy-Stuart, Ph.D., M.Ed., PDip, B.A. (Hons), founded the Brandon Learning Centre in 2006.
Previously Head of Training, Asia Pacific for Bloomberg LP, Jessica has extensive experience of teaching both in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. She acts as a consultant for parents and has successfully prepared students for entry to top tier schools in the UK, US and Australia. Jessica is active in a number of charities. Since 2000, she has been an Executive Board member and Chairman of the Fundraising Subcommittee of Helping Hand. During the 2008 Beijing Olympics, she served as a Sub-Committee member of the Hong Kong Equestrian Federation. In 2015, Jessica worked with the Duke TIP programme in Kunshan. Jessica holds a PhD from University of Durham where she researched the effects of ethos and curriculum on intercultural integration in UK boarding schools. She has advised a number of UK schools on their Asia strategies and recruitment. She has spent over a decade helping students to achieve their academic goals. In 2017 Jessica was awarded a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Oxford University and is a Governor of Downside School.
